Website Hosting Billing
Hosting fees will be determined by your hosting plan. Plans can be paid monthly, quarterly, biannually or annually. If you are a Jonesen client by way of acquisition, your hosting plan and terms will be honored according to the terms established with your former hosting provider.

Credit Card Authorization & Auto-Draft
For ease of payment we ask all clients to opt into Auto-Draft payments to avoid missed payments and late fees. If you have not already received your Credit Card Authorization Form please fill out the secure form here or please email finance @jonesen.com to request this form
Hourly Rate
For all web support, page edits and other website changes not accounted for in your hosting plan, we charge $120/hour. We break down all work into 15 minute segments and will bill accordingly. Please email your Project Manager or erika@jonesen.com if you have questions about your service invoice.
Late Fees
A late fee of 6% will be added at 30 days past due. Late fees will continue each month until payment is received.
Suspension
Your website will be suspended if an invoice is 45 days past due. It will be unsuspended once payment is received.
Termination
Your website will be terminated if an invoice is 60 days past due. There is a $250 reactivation fee should you wish to reactivate your account.
