It is mandatory for the Registrars to send renewal reminders and expiry notifications to the Registrant. These emails will be sent 30 days and seven days before your Domain Name expires as well as in the moment of expiration. Those are the official rules for user notification enforced by ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Number), and we must abide by them. You will also receive an invoice from us the month before your domain is up for renewal. Your payment of this invoice lets us know that you want to renew your domain. If we do not receive payment towards your domain renewal, we will contact you by phone and email in order to verify that you want to let your domain expire.
